Booking Policy Please read our booking policy carefully before confirming your appointment. These terms help ensure appointments run smoothly and sufficient time is allocated for every client. Appointments & Deposits All appointments are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your booking and will be deducted from the final cost of your service. Please ensure you select the correct service when booking. If you’re unsure which appointment to choose, we recommend contacting us beforehand. Cancellations & No-Shows We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. * 48 hours or more notice: Deposits can be refunded or transferred to another appointment. * Less than 48 hours’ notice: Deposits may be retained to cover the reserved appointment time and associated losses. * No-shows: Deposits may be retained if you fail to attend your appointment without notice. * Cancellations by us: You will be offered a full deposit refund or the option
