Appointments & Deposits All appointments are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your booking and will be deducted from the final cost of your service. Cancellations & No-Shows We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. * 48 hours or more notice: Deposits can be refunded or transferred to another appointment. * Less than 48 hours’ notice: Deposits may be retained to cover the reserved appointment time and associated losses. * No-shows: Deposits may be retained if you fail to attend your appointment without notice. * Cancellations by us: You will be offered a full deposit refund or the option
