Hair Services Booked Directly with Getty Space

We encourage clients to raise any concerns about their hair service before leaving the salon, so we have the opportunity to discuss and address them promptly. If you notice an issue after your appointment, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with details of your concern. Each concern will be reviewed individually. Where appropriate, a correction or other suitable resolution may be offered in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Independent Professionals

Hairdressers, beauty specialists and wellness practitioners operating independently within Getty Space manage their own appointments, payments, cancellations, refunds and service concerns.

Clients should contact the professional they booked with directly regarding any questions or concerns about their treatment.
